| Born in 1924 in a small farm town in Clay County, AL, Henry Millard Griffin began his journey. As a young man, he served his country in World War II in the U.S. Army in the Pacific theater. Returning to Talladega, AL in 1950, he established a watch-making business using the GI Bill. This small store was the start of Griffins Jewelers.
From these humble beginnings, Griffins Jewelers has grown into a six-store chain by continuing to build their business on integrity, customer service, and a commitment to the community. As members of the Jewelers of America and the Continental Buying Group, Griffins Jewelers continues their journey as a leader in the industry with quality products, service, and value.
